I AM
I AM your Refuge. I AM your refuge and strength. I am here whenever you are in trouble. Trust in Me at all times. Pour out your heart to Me. I AM your refuge.
1 God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. 8 Trust in him at all times, you people; pour out your hearts to him, for God is our refuge.

You Are
You are Protected. While life will not always be perfect, I will deliver you from all your problems. Jesus explained how you can have peace. You will have difficulties, but be brave, Jesus has overcome the world and He is with you. I Love You!
19 The righteous person may have many troubles, but the Lord delivers him from them all; 33 “I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”

I Give
I give Protection. I AM a refuge for the burdened and a safe place in times of hardship. Put your trust in Me. I do not forsake those who seek Me. Sing praise to Me and declare what I have done. I deal justly with those who bring harm and do not forget the cries of the suffering.
9 The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble. 10 Those who know your name trust in you, for you, Lord, have never forsaken those who seek you. 11 Sing the praises of the Lord, enthroned in Zion; proclaim among the nations what he has done. 12 For he who avenges blood remembers; he does not ignore the cries of the afflicted.

You Have
You have My Protection. Because you love Me and make My name known, I will look out for you. I lift you up because you know My name. When you call to Me, I answer you. I AM with you in trouble. I deliver you and give you a good reputation.
14 “Because he loves me,” says the Lord, “I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name. 15 He will call on me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him.

Reflect. When was a time you felt completely safe? I often think that if God is with me, life will be perfect; life would be free of all struggle, pain, and hardship. But God is with us in the struggle. Since we experience many struggles in life, we desperately need a God who is our refuge and strength. God is with you. He gives you the protection and strength that you need to overcome.
Declare Truth and Give Thanks. Father, although life is tough at times, you have my back. You are with me. I trust your presence in all that is going on around me that is troubling me. Because your love for me is great, you will hold on to me. Thank you, Father, for your protection and love.
