I AM


I AM Your Strength. I AM your rock and your fortress and your deliverer. I AM your rock in whom you can take refuge. I AM your shield and the horn of your salvation. I AM your safe place.


The Lord is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.

Psalm 18:2

You Are


You are Strong. Through My abundant riches, I strengthen you with power through My Spirit in your inner being so that Jesus may live in your heart through faith. You are rooted and established in love. You have the strength to grasp in your being how much Jesus loves you. I Love You!


I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ.

Ephesians 3:16-18

I Give


I give Strength. I give power to the weak. I increase your strength when you have none. When you wait for Me, I will renew your strength. You will soar like an eagle. You will move forward without getting overly tired.

He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.

Isaiah 40:29; 31


You Have


You have Strength. Through your many life experiences, you know how to be humbled, and you know how to be significant. In everything and in all things, you are learning the secret of facing any situation. You can do all things through Jesus who gives you strength.


I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want. I can do all this through him who gives me strength.

Philippians 4:12-13


Reflect. You have the strength to be loved. God strengthens you with His power to understand how loved you really are. As you grow in your understanding His love, you will be strengthened to love God and love others. More love leads to more strength. More strength leads to more love.


Declare Truth and Give Thanks. Father, I am strong because you make me strong. In your presence, I find the strength that I need to encounter what is in my life. I can do what you have for me through Jesus who give me strength. Thank you for the strength that that you provide.
